Why do I need a property watch company if I have a security system?
Security systems are wonderful, and many homes utilize them already. However, with security systems, they notify you after something happens. We try to prevent problems before they happen—like frozen pipes, HVAC issues, or storm damage by inspecting regularly.

How often will my home be checked?
We offer flexible schedules to fit your needs, including every 2–4 weeks, bi-weekly, seasonal/pre-arrival prep visits and emergency visits.
What does a typical visit include?
Everything is custom tailored to the needs of the client. Therefore, visits vary but may include:

Can I request a one- time service instead of a recurring plan?
Absolutely! Seasonal prep or emergency/on-demand visits are available as standalone services. If you're looking for something else, we can likely accommodate, just ask!
- Safety & Access -
How do you access my home?
We require a signed Key Authorization Form that allows us to access your home as needed. We understand that providing a key requires trust, and we take that responsibility seriously. All keys or codes are securely stored and used only for authorized visits.
Is my home safe while you're visiting?
Yes. Our team is trained in property care, maintenance, and security practices. We document every visit with photos and notes, and any issues are reported immediately.
What if something unexpected happens while you're at my house?
We act quickly. If we notice any urgent issues, such as a burst pipe, storm damage, or security concern, we contact you immediately and can coordinate emergency services if needed.

How much does a typical visit cost?

Do you require contracts or long term committments?
We're flexible with what our clients want. Full-Service & Monthly- Service Home Care are typically monthly subscriptions. Seasonal or emergency services are available without ongoing contracts.

Do I need to prepare anything for your visit?
Usually no preparation is needed. For seasonal prep, we may request access to utilities or certain appliances, but otherwise we handle everything.
Can you coordinate maintenance or repairs?
Yes! If we notice maintenance needs, we can coordinate licensed professionals on your behalf and provide recommendations along with photo documentation.
Can you prepare my home for my arrival?
Absolutely! We offer arrival prep services, including turning on HVAC, checking water systems, picking up groceries, and ensuring everything is ready for your visit.
